Page Group is looking for a Strategy & Planning Analyst - CRM / Customer Analytics, and the role comes with a salary of up to £43k per annum + 18.5% Pension + 38 Days HolidayThe Strategic Planning and Analytics Office provides a range of business intelligence and insight services to support evidence-driven decision-making, strategic planning, benchmarking, reporting, forecasting and analysis to support the delivery of corporate strategy.In your first few weeks in this Strategy & Planning Analyst role, you can expect to:Liaise closely with stakeholders to gather and document reporting and insight requirementsDesign, deliver and maintain a suite of dashboards (Tableau / Salesforce) to support operational, tactical and strategic information requirementsImplement metrics that monitor and benchmark performance internally and across the sector utilising appropriate data sources and methodsDevelop accurate statistical and predictive models to support forecasting and trend analysis.Work alongside the Marketing Cloud Squad to support the segmentation of marketing data and utilise Google Analytics (or similar) to enhance insight qualityAnalyse and present complex information about the University and the HE sector in a clear and concise manner adapted to suit a range of audiences including Executive Board and non-expertTo apply for this Strategy & Planning Analyst role, you will need to be qualified to degree level or have significant experience in Data Analysis or Analytics, Information Management, or equivalent.
