Job Description

· Chairing and setting the agenda for the Board Risk and Credit Committee.

· Ensuring that the Board Risk and Credit Committee provides independent oversight to executive decisions.

· Ensuring the Board Risk and Credit Committee performance is in compliance to its Terms of Reference and mandate.

· Helping to ensure that Board Risk Committee and its members have the information necessary to meet their relevant responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

Ideally holds an SMF10, has worked in Banking and has excellent credit risk experience.
