Interim IT Business Analyst

Some of the key responsibilities of the Interim IT Business Analyst include;

• Meet with internal and external customers to determine requirements
• Work with customers to define the scope of projects or tasks
• Work with customers to understand feedback on proposals and solutions
• Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
• Consider opportunities and risks of proposals
• Evaluate the suitability of the latest technology for its suitability in our environment.
• Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organisation
• Define software, hardware and network requirements with the assistance of IT architects and technical team members.
• Analyse IT requirements and give independent and objective advice on the use of IT
• Present solutions in written or oral reports
• Help customers with change-management activities
• Prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers
• Potential travel to customer or supplier sites
• Be responsible for regular progress reporting.
• Communicate benefits of solutions to stakeholders and address concerns.
• Support staff in making recommended changes.
• Manage delivery of projects/tasks through temporary/disparate project teams
