It also means that any profit is re-invested in the care they provide, our people who provide it, and in improving their buildings which are their residents' homes.Job DescriptionThe post holder will take the lead and deliver an effective and business focused HR reward service to meet the business needs and priorities of the business in line with budgets and Trust HR strategy.This role will take a lead in Reward focused activities.Through effective communication skills and specialist Reward/HR knowledge and experience the post is responsible for providing advice and guidance on all areas of reward across the Trust and the implementation of Trust wide HR project initiatives as required.This role will be working in a complex organisational framework that has a number of TUPE and regional specific terms and conditions, local working practices, a variety of pay structures and pay frequencies.
