Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement category strategies to optimize product performance and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive category performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders in the dairy industry.

The Successful Applicant

💼 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in category management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on food/drink products being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
