Excellent opportunity for a Cleaning Contracts Manager to join a reputable commercial cleaning contractor based in Nottingham. Excellent salary on offer.

Job Description

As cleaning contracts manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of up to 40 properties including schools, offices and warehouses across Nottingham / Derby. You will be responsible for a cleaning team of up to 80 staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent cleaning service to 30-40 sites
  • Site visits, quality checking, managing stock levels, effective management of cleaning operatives
  • Building good relationship with customers, regular reviews
  • Ensuring wages are correct and within budget
  • Solving complaints and problems quickly and efficiently
  • Competent on a computer and able to email clients coherently

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing a team of cleaners
  • Ability to manage staff well
  • Good knowledge of cleaning products
  • Excellent communication / relationship building skills
  • Happy to travel to sites across the East Midlands
