Job Description

Work with internal teams to ensure business plan, neighbourhood and customer priorities.
A vital role in supporting the management of the programme and supporting the Director of Growth to provide information for Executive and Board as well as the effective management of performance and risk.
Leading a team of New Business & Project Managers to deliver the approved development programme.
Responsible for the delivery of all programmes of work within the Development function.
Key point of contact for budget monitoring within the Development team.
Support the Director of Growth in implementing appropriate strategies in response to the changing regulatory, strategic, political and economic environment.
Communicate effectively with both Sales and Housing colleagues to ensure homes are delivered to the highest possible standard and meets the customers' expectations.
Provide delivery assurance by carrying out post-contract/post- project performance reviews to ensure compliance is delivered.
Lead the procurement, appointment and management of consultants, contractors and developers involved in delivering development and regeneration projects.
