Our client is a very successful world renowned business based in Portsmouth who are looking for a Next Gen Accountant to join their team on a full time basis

Job Description

Next Gen Accountant:

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive financial performance via investigation and reporting
  • Monthly management accounts preparation, full experience of balance sheet, P&L and cashflow accounting with performance analysis to senior team
  • Annual Audits



You will also contribute to preparing the future of Finance in the business while also modernising our finance systems/processes

The Successful Applicant

Next Gen Accountant

  • First Class or 2.1 Degree and Newly Qualified ACA or ACMA
  • Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence, collaborate and convince
  • Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
  • Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborate across functions, empowering, motivating others and conflict management
  • Ability to work without supervision when needed, to deadlines and with a pro-active desire to improve efficiencies, processes & working practices

What's on Offer

Salary £55,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience
