Job Description

The firm are looking for a qualified lawyer to act as the Risk point of contact for the International Jurisdictions within the firm, alongside working with the broader Risk team to resolve a wide range of risk and compliance queries.

Reporting to the firm's director and COLP, you would be playing a key role in drafting and implementing the firm's risk policy across International offices, managing the firm's engagement documentation and Terms of Business, and representing the UK Risk team on International projects.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Several years' experience in a risk and compliance role in a commercial international law firm.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory issues affecting solicitors and lawyers in different jurisdictions.
  • Hard working, excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
