Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs12 x month rolling contractAudio & visual EngineerAbout Our ClientA leading business in Mining and natural resourcesJob DescriptionThe scope of the role and key responsibilities required for this Audio & Visual engineer is listed below.Log calls with vendors for faulty equipment and escalate accordingly.Daily monitoring of Condeco vendor management.Setup of VC between Johannesburg campus and external company's - internal VCs are in scope for British telecoms (BT) but should VC fail to connect would require intervention.Monitoring of VIP VCs and events (annual and interim results) and managing auditorium bookings.Provide hands and feet assistance to BT impact alerts - calls logged via Global service desk (GSD).Setup of presentation and audio calls in VC rooms on user request via GSD.Managing the Screen Cloud Screens to be reviewed for any failuresManaging the onboarding and changes to Cloud booking based on requests and IncidentManaging Cloudbooking platform and perform any troubleshooting activitiesManaging Multitaction Environment and assisting during the usage and functionality integrationManage and review all Services part of UCC team scopeNew MS Meeting room config and feature enablement based on requirement like equipment ( display Panel etc. and additional servicesThe Successful ApplicantYou will have already worked and gained experience as an Audio and Visual engineer and keen to progress in a dynamic business.
