Freight Business Development Manager

The Ideal Freight Business Development Manager who will be reporting into the Sales Director will have the following skills and attributes:

• Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities across all freight modes (Predominantly Air).
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Develop commercial awareness and identify market conditions to build growth areas.
• Track and report on sales and business development performance and progress.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and connections.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Commute to different Sites
