They have multiple Midlands based offices and pride themselves on the quality of service they offer their clients.Job DescriptionYour role will involve:Working as part of a team to deliver scheme designs covering the education, public sector/emergency services and housing sectors.Responsible for the accuracy of drawings using Revit.Preparation of surveys, drawing packages and specifications.Assist in running and coordinating projects with the wider team.Assist in producing tender packages.Support the company in achieving high quality working drawing production within your team.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of construction projects including education, public sector, housing and commercial projects. You will have experience and expertise in using REVIT as well as understanding BIM. You will have extensive knowledge of Building Regulations and planning and extensive experience producing tender packages.
