Finance Manager

Responsible for:

• Leading on delivery of monthly management accounts
• analysis of key variances and working capital movements.
• Lead on delivery of Group audit and corporation tax filings
• Lead on annual budget process
• Group tax management and compliance around VAT, CT, payroll taxes etc.
• Quarterly VAT submissions for all businesses in the Group, with support from team.
• Commercial analysis and detailed margin analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Proactive management of working capital to maximise cash.
• Attend Management team meetings to review financial and operational performance.
• Support and development of junior finance staff, including on-the-job training for work tasks and mentoring.
• Additional project work.
• Adhoc tasks.
