Other day to day responsibilities will include:Managing a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of 25Leading the manufacturing process from Goods In to Despatch and everything in-betweenChampioning OTIF (on time in full) delivery to ensure the highest levels of customer serviceDriving lean continuous improvement activities to reduce the cost of manufacture whilst not compromising on qualityPromoting a safe working culture and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001The Successful ApplicantSuccessful Production Manager candidates will have a strong manufacturing background, ideally in a high-mix environment, and a proven ability in leading and developing teams.
