This role sits within the Unsecured Lending team which supports customers with their lending needs.Job DescriptionThis role is all about the delivery piece, you constantly asking what's going on / what are the challenges in the Unsecured Lending space, what can I be doing to be growing business and how are we able to promote and sell this product? You are to be sales and growth-minded with a curiosity and determination to deliver on objectives for Financial Services products.Responsible for Personal Loans / Cards acquisition deliverySupporting with the development and delivery of the Cards / Loans Strategy and Annual Operating PlansUsing insights and a data driven approach to propose and deliver business recommendations to drive performanceMonitoring that the financial performance of each product meets business requirements and amend where necessary, to ensure financial viability and profitability of the Card / Personal LoansWorking with a wide range of stakeholders including wider Banking and Propositions colleagues, Marketing, Digital, Distribution, Risk, Finance, CRM & Analytics, Compliance, Legal, IT and TransformationDriving pre-eligibility and pre-approval commercialisation across Unsecured LendingThe Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in Retail Banking.
