The business are supportive and collaborative and you will will play a crucial roleJob DescriptionThe primary focus of the role is around Logistics management, and you will be Subject Expert for the UK Operations In addition you will help the business with commercial and administrative responsibilities.Shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, CMR, AWB)Oversee imports and exports including customs clearanceInteract with third-party logistics service providersDirect customer interaction & complaint handlingSupport to Head of Trade, UKGeneral administrative and back office responsibilitiesThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will require experience gained from a similar role as a logistics manager. Sector is non specific although candidates with a background in trading or commodities would be encouraged to apply. You must be comfortable working within a small team and be happy to support other areas of the business as required. The role requires you to have excellent communications skills, be pro-active and a natural problem solver. Knowledge of national and international shipping documents, transport regulations, Incoterms is important.What's on OfferIn return you will receive a highly competitive salary and bonus.
