They are growing their Birmingham team and this role will be a crucial part of its success.Job DescriptionYour role will involve:Assisting with the day to day delivery of projectsBuilding relationships with clientsDevelopment of project documentation and reportingIdentifying and developing innovative solutions for clientsAssisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teamsProducing reports to suit relevant stages of the projectsConducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etcMonitoring and reporting on contractor's progress on siteSupporting the team in developing new business opportunitiesSupporting the team managing existing client relationshipsAttending, chairing and recording meetings as appropriateDeveloping skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the clientThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this position you will already have experience in a construction project management role and ideally have a degree in a construction related subject - however experience in place of a degree will also be considered and/or experience with a non-construction related degree. You will be experienced in report writing and delivering presentations as well as being able to liaise and communicate with more senior members of staff.
