The business have a strong culture that emphasises teamwork, a down-to-earth attitude, and personal development.Job DescriptionResponsible for all UK HR across the UK covering 2 sites, Castleford and North Wales (occasional travel to 2nd site)Manage performance within your region, utilising key metrics to guide HR interventions.Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation to ensure effective partnership with management teams.Provide consistent, professional advice to managers at all levels, ensuring adherence to current procedures and employment law requirements.Collaborate with the European HR management team to lead on employee relations and recommend improvements to employee casework processes.Proactively handle complex employee relations cases from start to finish and provide coaching to line managers as needed.Utilise employee engagement survey results to enhance engagement scores in your region.The Successful ApplicantMaster or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.Previous experience in a similar roleUp-to-date knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply and implement process and policy changes.Strong understanding and practical experience in managing employee relations and employment practices.Ability to apply data insights to drive change and monitor performance.Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills within a complex organisation.Proactive, hands-on, and effective communication and influencing skills at all levels.Self-driven and able to work independently.Adaptability, resilience, and experience with HCM systems like Workday are advantages.Willing to travel to North Wales site as the business requiresWhat's on OfferA challenging full-time position within a professional and ambitious company.Hybrid and flexible workingRoom for entrepreneurship and personal development.A friendly culture that promotes teamwork and a down-to-earth attitude.Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a.
