You will be a trusted partner for your business area, working with Partners and Leaders to improved organisational performance, ensuring they have the right talent, capability, and people experience.Use people related MI to draw insight and identify and implement actions that drive business performance and improve the people experienceLead on strategic initiatives relating to talent management, and diversity and inclusionLeading on salary benchmarking activities, from job evaluation to survey submission, utilising the resulting salary survey data to shape and inform the firm's reward practices and pay structures, providing compensation and salary insights and analytics to key stakeholdersLeading on cyclical reward activities including the annual pay review and gender pay reporting, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that pay decisions are appropriate.
