Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing long-range customer relationships and driving business growth in the electrification and innovation technology sectors. This role is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, manage existing partners, and contribute to the establishment of our state-of-the-art factory.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in the automotive, aerospace, marine, defence, and energy sectors. Understand their needs and become their trusted advisor.


  • Business Scaling: Lead the charge in scaling our business with conviction. Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to expand our presence in target markets.


  • Partner Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and collaboration.


  • New Factory Development: Contribute to the establishment of our new factory, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

The Successful Applicant

The Key Account Manager will have:

  • Proven track record in Key Account Management, ideally in industries related in manufacturing.
