The firm split their contentious and non-contentious teams and now have an opportunity for a non contentious lawyer / Construction Legal Director to join their growing practice.

Job Description

The Construction Legal Director will act for a range of client from developers, contractors and sub-contractors and funders across the UK. The successful candidate will pick up a caseload of work which will include drafting a range of agreements from building contracts to collateral warranties which relate to major infrastructure projects, residential development and building of care homes and hotels. The successful candidate will support the Partners with supervising junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Construction Solicitor who specialises in non contentious work. This role will suit a mid to senior lawyer who has ties to Leeds.
