You will join a dynamic People team during a period of substantial growth, as they redefine their HR service and processes.Responsibilities:Manage HR systems, assist users, and transition to Workday.Handle daily HR inbox tasks and escalate issues.Prepare and submit monthly payroll data.Administer employee benefits and assist with pensions.Generate people-related reports.Coordinate annual pay reviews and on-boarding.Maintain HR materials.Provide HR support, including exit interviews and performance management.The Successful ApplicantExperienced HR Advisor with expertise in operations, payroll, and benefits administration.
