Job Description

The Key responsibilities will include;

  • Order Processing which will include entering the data, stock control, liaising with production teams and logistics teams to ensure there is limited delays, managing the transportation process of the stock, raising invoices and managing the the customers.
  • Forecasting and analysing the data and liaising with the sales and marketing team to ensure the forecast is as accurate as possible and working closely with them in terms of promotions to ensure the stock is available.
  • Managing Master Data including evolving the current systems in place, creating new customers on the system and managing the prices via SAP.
  • Creating data reports, monitoring finished goods and raw materials.
  • Presenting data to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will be;

  • 3 + years experience in Supply Chain for an FMCG Business, working with major retailers.
  • Someone who is very analytical thinker and enjoys analysing and interpreting data.
  • An excellent communicator who is confident with presenting to external stakeholders and maintaining relationships.
  • Passionate about their role and enthusiastic about smaller business culture.
  • Someone who is willing to learn, take initiative and someone who will grow and develop the role further.
  • Strong IT and excel skills.

  • Salary ranging from £35,000 - £42,000 (dependant on experience)
