OD Systems and Data Manager

As our OD Systems and Data Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our OD systems across the business, providing invaluable support to managers in utilising these systems effectively. Your mission is to offer customer-centric services that deliver precise, timely, and insightful data analysis, uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities. You'll take the lead in advocating the immense value that OD data can bring to our business and workforce decisions, providing innovative data solutions and recommendations.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, continually seeking feedback for service improvement.
• Managing 1 direct report.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create and deliver user guides, training courses, and support mechanisms for our OD systems.
• Lead the gathering of OD management information, performance data, and procedures.
• Leverage system data to produce value-added analyses that support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of Oracle Fusion and aid relevant teams in optimising OD systems for operational excellence.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and validations to maintain performance.
• Initiate corrective actions for data issues and collaborate with other departments when needed.
• Oversee OD system administration and user requirements, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Provide technical support to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency, aligned with corporate goals.
