Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager (Agency) include:



  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning digital strategies with their objectives.


  2. Digital Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance brand experiences.


  3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing strategies to achieve maximum impact.


  4. Influencer Partnerships: Shape and manage influencer strategies, identifying the right influencers for campaigns and maximizing their impact.


  5. Online Presence: Oversee and promote the agency's online profile across various platforms, staying updated on industry trends and technology innovations.


  6. Content Marketing: Recommend content marketing platforms and share best practices with colleagues to integrate agency work into the digital space effectively.


  7. Performance Metrics: Set KPIs and targets, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.


  8. Communication: Create clear and persuasive content in English, maintaining excellent attention to detail and strong writing and proofreading skills.


  9. Workload Management: Manage and prioritize a busy workload efficiently, ensuring all responsibilities are met.

The successful Digital Account Manager (Agency) will be an experienced, forward-thinking individual with the following attributes:



  • Digital Expertise: A strong background in digital account management, demonstrated by at least 4 years of experience.


  • Strategic Thinker: A creative and strategic mindset with a keen understanding of audience-centric approaches and the ability to measure and optimize digital strategies effectively.


  • Trend Awareness: Well-informed about the latest online trends and developments in the digital marketing field.


  • Content Planning: Proficiency in developing content briefs, creating targeted content plans, and using content calendars, including the ability to repurpose content for maximum impact.


  • Performance-Driven: Skilled at setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.


  • Influencer Expertise: Demonstrated experience and opinions on influencer marketing and management, both at the micro and macro levels.


  • Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English language ability, with clear and persuasive copywriting skills, as well as strong attention to detail and proofreading.


  • Workload Management: Capable of managing and prioritizing a substantial workload to meet client and agency needs effectively.
