Finance Director

London Permanent
  • Exciting opportunity for a Finance Director to join The Barnet Group
  • Looking for an individual from the social housing sector

About Our Client

The Barnet Group is a local authority trading company (LATC) that was created in February 2012.

Across the Group we employ around 1,000 staff, providing a range of services to people who live in council-owned homes, people who are homeless or facing homelessness, care and support clients from Barnet and other local authorities, and private customers.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that any income we generate is reinvested into improving local public services and supporting communities.

No day is ever the same as we could be helping someone who became homeless that morning, moving people from a regeneration estate, repairing a property a resident moved into 20 years ago (or 2 months ago), helping someone move into a care home or supporting adults with learning disabilities take part in normal activities like swimming at the local leisure centre.
