Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

• Lead from a finance perspective and support the Commercial business partners
• Lead the financial reporting to support the business unit
• Delivering financial targets by minimising risk and maximising value to the P&L
• Deliver the budget, planning and long term planning for the business unit
• Providing variance and trend analysis with insightful commentary vs budget/forecast
• Consolidating and Reporting financial performance and providing management insight on results
• Suggesting, supporting and delivery of improvement initiatives for financial and non-financial processes
• Ownership and development of financial dashboards tailored for the business unit
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to support decision making
• Working with stakeholders to deliver meaningful value-adding business cases
