As such, it offers a suite of best-in-class benefits in addition to competitive salary.Job DescriptionThis will include:Responsible for ensuring all assets are assigned to their correct location and data fied sets and that relevant maintenance plans are applied to the correct assetEnsure the electronic asset register is cleansed annually to reflect asset/plant replacement details, disposal, status, compliance with health and safety, including risk assessments, permits to work, portable appliance testing and accident reportsIn collaboration with the Helpdesk Co-ordinator develop and introduce effective communications arrangements that facilitate feedback to maintenance staff regarding rectification actions taken or any problems/issues encountered which could aid future fault rectificationDevelop and implement appropriate protocols and work processes to ensure that all asset additions, deletions and changes relating to any minor/major capital or backlog works schemes are properly captured and recorded on the CAFM systemDevelop CAFM system procedures in relation to maintenance and facilities related activities and ensure a planned systematic approach is implemented for PPM, statutory inspections etc., in conjunction with the nominated estates or hotel services technical leadWork collaboratively with the Capital team regarding minor and major refurbishment works, ensuring all information is captured in the correct format and is effectively uploaded onto the CAFMAdvise relevant estates and facilities managers on any CAFM related service risk, both in its use and/or data containedWork collaboratively with estates store man in ensuring an appropriately stocked and fit for purpose store is operated, directly linked to the CAFM stores moduleWork collaboratively with key estates and facilities leads in promoting the functionality of the CAFM system ensuring the best outcome from its useWork collaboratively with operational estates lead, hotel services lead and helpdesk co-ordinator in driving workforce performance and introducing optimal working arrangements derived from the utilisation of the CAFM system, relating to both planned and reactive maintenance and hotel services work activityAssist the Estates, Facilities hard and soft functions in the monitoring, planning and scheduling of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive workloads for both in-house staff and contractorsThe Successful ApplicantAs a Computer Aided Facilities Management system Manager / CAFM Manager, your role would be viewed as the level of Project Manager, but you needn't necessarily have formal PM qualifications. This would suit someone with significant experience using (IDEALLY IMPLEMENTING) CAFM systems, OR lots of experience in estates, maintenance, works management operational FM, have a background in IT etc.What's on OfferThis is a National Health Service affiliated organisation.
