You will:Be taking an active role in the price control reviews, draft finance sections of the regulatory Business plan(s) and contribute to the preparation of consultation responses and other key submissions on regulatory finance matters in preparation for RIIO-GD3 and future price controls.Deliver quantitative analysis and impact assessments, formulate arguments, and prepare material to influence Ofgem's policy decisions.Perform financial modelling and scenario analysis using industry and bespoke models with primary regard to financeability.Become a subject matter expert on regulatory finance aspects of the businesses Licence and Ofgem's price control documentation to support the wider business.Participate in industry working groups, advancing the businesses interests, and positively contributing to its reputation as a trusted partner.The Successful ApplicantYou will have:Your experience of working at a regulated utility and knowledge of the UK regulatory framework would be highly advantageous (such as regulatory finance or economics).
