You will pick up a caseload of Property disputes work including Landlord & Tenant disputes, boundary disputes, dilapidation and forfeiture claims and lease renewals. You will advise large clients including some of the big 4 supermarkets and other retailers but also deal with public sector clients.The Successful ApplicantYou will be working as a Property Litigation Senior Associate or you will be a mid to senior Property disputes lawyer looking for a senior role.
