About Our Client

Due to continued growth, this innovative and dynamic business are looking for a driven and passionate sales professional to join the high performing team, in a newly created role.This is a field based B2B sales role, responsible for new business development and account management. You will sell the companies Contamination Control products directly to the end customer in industries including Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Food and other technical manufacturing industries.

Job Description

On completion of training, responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver new and extension sales within new and existing accounts
  • Maintaining and building relationships & implementing a schedule of regular visits and follow ups.
  • Develop upsell sales opportunities with existing accounts and their groups
  • Engage with lost/lapsed accounts for new gains
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction resulting
  • Resolve routine problems/issues faced by end users when needed.
  • Travel extensively throughout the designated territory making field sales calls and developing new business opportunities.
  • Research market and customers, have an awareness of developments within the cleanroom market.
  • Make presentations, give seminars, and attend trade shows where appropriate.
  • Report activities on a weekly basis and ensure that CRM management contact system is updated
  • Meet regularly with the Regional Sales Director to review strategy and progress



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1-2 years experience in a B2B field sales environment
  • Have an understanding of technical sales / technical products
  • Be a self starter, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Possess strong negotiation skills
  • Be a strong communicator at all levels of business
  • Be willing to travel extensively, covering a Northern territory engaging with customers face to face
