Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will work closely with the Partners in the team and focus on large development schemes for house builder clients across the UK. The work involves site acquisition work and disposals, dealing with development agreements and management of the sites / developments.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor who has ties to Leeds and an interest to specialise in large scale residential development work. Given the structure of the team this role will suit a junior lawyer or a trainee who has completed a Commercial Property seat.
