The role of the Project Manager will be to support the Head of Capital in delivering this annual capital programme and taking the lead on a number of projects and managing the full life cycle of projects.Typical projects will include building refurbishments and new build extensions and you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the appointed contractors. The projects will be delivered across multiple sites and will involve managing multiple stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with a relevant professional qualification in project management and will have a proven track record in the delivery of project management services in the construction sector. You will need to have at least 2 years experience of working within a construction/PM role and have experience of working with both JCT and NEC contracts and have good working knowledge of all CDM regs. The role is based in Bristol and will require regular travel to sites across Bristol and you must have access to your own vehicle.
