Job Description

A Interim HR Systems Consultant to:

- Lead on developing HR systems improvements

- Lead on the roll out of the payroll system improvements of the HR System, ready for a successful go live period

- Ensure communication between different stakeholders

- Troubleshoot any system issues, particularly on the payroll function

- Identify and resolve the system or process issues

- Create user guides and documentation

- Monitor all system queries related to payroll

- Develop improvements to the system from design and delivery through to process

- Provide user testing

The Successful Applicant

An Interim HR Systems Consultant with:

- Experience of provide system testing, improvements and roll out

- Understanding of payroll and how it runs is essential

- Experience of higher education desirable
