You will be an integral part of the wider legal team supporting on the review, drafting & negotiating of commercial contracts.The role will include:Generate commercial contracts - reviewing, negotiating and drafting responses to client contacts.Administer all contract work from initiation through to completion.Review and recommend amendments to customer's Terms and Conditions as necessary.Work closely with various departments such as Trading, Operations, Finance, Legal, Credit and Tax.Work in a fast-moving commercial environment, agreeing priorities and workload in line with business needs and expectations.Support internal stakeholders in UK, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium & Netherlands.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Contracts Manager will be a law graduate who has undertaken a number of commercial paralegal roles and has had exposure to commercial contracts.
