This investment will be across a multitude of areas including security, sustainability and efficiency.Job DescriptionAs a Finance Manager for Systems & Processes, you will support the transformation journey for Finance Record-To-Report processes, by defining and delivering transformation and continual improvement changes.This role forms part of the cross functional Business Operations team which oversees the systems and the core Finance processes. You will work collaboratively with Finance/Accounting, Technology, Project, and Service Delivery teams to design R2R processes with appropriate controls.Your role will involveAccountable for monitoring the R2R processes, ensuring they adequately mitigates risks and maintain the controls and auditrequirements, alongside creating/maintaining relevant process maps, procedures, and control documentations.Acting as SME for the systems supporting the R2R processes, their integration, and be aware of the inter dependencies with other core processes including non-Finance processes.Along with onshore/offshore technology teams, ensure systems are kept up to date with latest releases and meet ongoing business demands.Partnering with core process stakeholders across the airport to define, prioritise and implement transformation and drive continuous improvement.Being the first point of contact for system related challenges and drive towards resolution.Supporting the R2R Process Owner in influencing process improvements & where feasible with system changes.Play a dynamic role in the Oracle customer community forums to influence Oracles road map for future functionality.Ensuring the creation of project plans, communication plans and guide the delivery of transformation, proactively managing risk.The Successful ApplicantDemonstrable system and programme transformation delivery experience.Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM (Oracle Enterprise Planning Cloud).Qualified finance professional, with knowledge of core finance processes, controls, and best practices.Strong social, influencing and communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities.Demonstrable experience as an agent for change in successfully helping people through change and successfully steering subject matter experts.What's on OfferThe Finance Manager position comes with a competitive base salary of £70,000-£80,000 plus a comprehensive package, including:Hybrid working (2 days in office each week)Up to 25% BonusMatched Pension25 Days Holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate Medical, Life Assurance and much more!ContactRichard TonkinQuote job refJN-102023-6224141Phone number+44 208 987 2841Job summaryJob functionAccountingSubsectorSystem AccountantSectorLeisure, Travel & TourismLocationHounslowContract typePermanentConsultant nameRichard TonkinConsultant phone+44 208 987 2841Job referenceJN-102023-6224141
