Job Description

The Legal Counsel position based in Gloucestershire will involve the following tasks:

  • General commercial background
  • Strong background in the financial services sector
  • Provide support to the company and its clients across UK on a wide range of commercial legal matters.
  • Supply a range of contracts, review and negotiate all types of contracts and other legally relevant matter's.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales minimum 2 years PQE
  • In-house or private practice experience
  • Strong knowledge of working in a commercial environment
  • Excellent understanding of drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced growing sector
