Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsExclusive opportunity to join a market leading PE Real Estate Logistics investCore+ to Development / Opportunistic investment across UK & Europe.About Our ClientOur client is an established, forward-thinking Real Estate end-to-end Logistics investor, targeting mid to large ticket sizes with significant growth across the UK & Europe.Job DescriptionBuild and maintain detailed financial investment models in Excel, underwriting acquisition and development projects incorporating scenario testing and sensitivity analysis.Manage all asset and portfolio level financial models.Assist with the communication of project and portfolio updates to internal and external stakeholders.Assist with the coordination and compliance with all requirements for closing and funding of transactions (acquisition, development, financing)Market analysis and feasibility studiesPreparing investment presentations and related materials for both internal (VP to C-Suite) and external capital partners.Manage Due Diligence process, including the analysis and review of market data, financial statements, development budgets, 3rd party reports, and legal documentation.Management and ongoing update of market databases.The Successful ApplicantBSc / MSc Degree in Real Estate (or a Built Environment Degree under a different title), Finance, Accounting, or related discipline - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.IMC, CFA, MRICS or ACA preferred (ideally combination of 2)Minimum of 1 or 2 years post-qualified experience in real estate investment, investment banking or related disciplines.
