Job Description

  • As the 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will join an established IT Support team, reporting directly into the Service Delivery Manager.
  • You will cover a wide array of both remote and hands-on troubleshooting responsibilities, predominantly across Microsoft technologies, such as Windows 10, Office365 and Active Directory.
  • In addition, you will get the chance to branch out into networking, and also overlap on occasion with the infrastructure team, helping you build your experience to progress into 3rd Line over time.
  • The role will be end-user-focused, but will work on a hybrid basis, with 3 weeks being home-based, and 1 week every month in the Coventry head office, to help support with hardware issues, and any key projects such as PC/laptop refreshes and deployments.
