Job Description

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with, and supporting, the Finance Business Partners on the delivery and development of an effective and flexible business support service.
  • Developing processes, procedures and policies that support strategic business needs and deliver on the commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Researching, interpreting and analysing complex data using a variety of systems, reporting on key findings and advising on appropriate actions in support of sustainable decision making.
  • Effective management and analysis of financial processes, systems and data to drive forward value for money initiative.
  • Influencing and facilitating cross-functional decisions, guidance and training on financial management and planning activities, associated policies and procedures, to enable the successful delivery and development of the service.

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by suitable experience.
  • Proven experience in management accounting.
  • Exposure to dealing with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
