In this dynamic B2B2C SAAS environment, they will interact with key senior stakeholders, both internally and within client engagements.Job DescriptionEnterprise Architect - Technical Architect - Lending/Insurance - AzureIn this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical architecture that supports business operations, making key architectural decisions, and ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and security of the organisation's objectives.Take a strategic, cross-domain view across all architectural areas and programs across the company's regions.Collaborate with various product lines, shaping the overarching technical architecture to ensure consistency and interoperability among different components.Review and evaluate the current architectural vision to enable customised client experiences while maintaining an appropriate level of local customisation.Establish technical standards and principles that guide solution design and verify their correct application in technical initiatives.Promote architectural best practices and work closely with the VP of Engineering to implement a standardised approach across the global platform, mentoring technical teams when necessary.Ensure alignment between infrastructure and software architectures, enabling easy scaling and high-volume handling without downtime for our client's infrastructure and client-facing applications.Conduct horizon scanning in the Financial Services and related industries to identify emerging trends and technologies that may benefit the product and technology roadmaps.The Successful ApplicantEnterprise Architect - Technical Architect - Lending/Insurance - AzureYou have a background in development and have progressed to the level of an Enterprise Architect. You remain hands-on when necessary and can collaborate effectively with development teams to provide guidance and support. Your expertise spans Azure Cloud, web architecture, distributed architecture, and integration technologies, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Your teamwork ethos, can-do attitude, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment make you a valuable addition to any team.
