This includes:Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of matters, including contract law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, GDPR and data privacy compliance and corporate governance.Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate these risks.Collaborate with external counsel to manage litigation matters including disputes and claims.Provide support in due diligence, negotiation and execution of leases.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, self sufficient in Corporate Commercial matters with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
