Job Description

  • Managing relationships with UK and global suppliers.
  • Negotiations with suppliers on various contracts.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as NPD, Finance & Marketing.
  • Working closely with the NPD team to help launch new menus.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 years + of food procurement (or supply chain) experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for the food industry
  • A pro-active and organised mindset
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
