The marketing team are looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing strategy for a key product range, focusing on the safety sector.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Manager - Safety Equipment will include:Overseeing the entire portfolio of safety products in the UK & IRE for Emergency & Rescue Services (ES).Managing the pricing and positioning of products within target markets, including competitive analysis and crafting unique product differentiation messages.Adapting global and regional marketing materials for the local market, collaborating closely with the Communication team to develop localised materials and sales support information.Serving as an Engineered Solutions expert, providing essential support to sales teams to achieve their targets. This role encompasses market analysis, portfolio definition, and the formulation of marketing strategies.Leading the implementation of the emergency services go-to-market strategy.Supporting long-term brand awareness, thought leadership, and key opinion leader activities across safety segments and product areas. Driving business and competitive intelligence within established global guidelines, anticipating future market trends, and aligning strategies accordingly.Managing the local product portfolio, including product launches and ongoing portfolio management. Actively contributing to the development of the global corporate strategy for the ES product portfolio and executing local product marketing strategies in alignment with regional and global teams.Managing Government agency segments, including Defence & Security, Police, HART, Ministry of Justice (Prisons), and NHS (Cross Segment). Responsibilities include supporting tenders, lobbying governmental officials, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies for these segments.Serving as sector expert, offering crucial support to sales teams.
