Using your Agile knowledge and skill set, you will work as the conduit between the IT team and the rest of the business to communicate change and keep the projects moving to time & budget. A large part of your role will be stakeholder management, challenging individuals across the organisation and getting them on board with the strategic IT change projects being implemented.The Successful ApplicantMy client are looking for someone who has experience as a Project Manager, working to deliver IT/ digital transformation projects. The successful candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to demonstrate examples of how they have worked with challenging stakeholders previously, at interview. This role will have line management of two very junior Project Managers therefore, mentoring/coaching/line management experience is key.
