About Our Client

Our client, a dynamic and innovative Property Services Company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as the Head of Projects. As a key member of the organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving their projects to success, ensuring optimal financial performance, and fostering valuable external relationships.

Job Description



  • Sales Pipeline Generation: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients.


  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with financial requirements and margins. Implement effective project management methodologies to guarantee successful outcomes.


  • Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to guarantee seamless communication and project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in delivering projects related to either M&D (Maintenance and Development), FM (Facilities Management), construction, or critical environments.
  • APM (Association for Project Management) and Prince 2 certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong track record in generating and managing sales pipelines, leading successful project teams, and meeting or exceeding financial targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
