Job Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in our team, responsible for ensuring the financial success of housing regeneration projects. Your role will encompass a wide range of exciting responsibilities, including:

- Managing and leading a number of key housing regeneration projects.

- Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.

- Monitoring project costs and financial performance.

- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk management.

- Collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders.

- Ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in housing regeneration.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- A deep understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

- A results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
