Job Description

  • Experience of leading and developing a highly motivated team.
  • Knowledge of service charge legislation.
  • Ensure systems and ledgers are maintained to consider for service charge costs and income.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure service charges are affordable and represent good value for money for the residents.
  • Work towards productivity targets and contribute proactively in team meetings.
