Job Description

As Finance Manager you will play a key role as Number 2 to the Senior Manager in the finance department, with responsibility for the following:

  • Producing consolidated financial analysis
  • Producing the budgets and monthly reforecasts
  • Working on developing Business Intelligence for the local finance team, ensuring that the relevant information can be used to aid commercial decision making
  • Ownership of the FOREX hedging programme
  • Overseeing the commission plan structure - ensuring that it is driving the right behaviours and making recommendations for changes
  • Managing 1 direct report and mentoring and coaching other members of the finance team



This is an excellent role for an ambitious individual that wants to join a large UK business with an international presence.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for a Qualified Chartered / ACCA Accountant. Ideally you will have Qualified in a Top 20 practice firm and have moved into industry in a commercial role since then. Experience of working with large sets of data would be very useful, along with experience of business partnering.

What's on Offer

Up to £70,000 dependent on experience with a good benefits package including 25 days holiday (+ Bank Holidays), Life Insurance and Private Medical Insurance

This is a hybrid role working 2 days from the office in Mid Kent and 3 from home.
