Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsFantastic opportunity for aspiring HR DirectorsBased in Leeds, hybrid workingAbout Our ClientI'm delighted to be partnering this professional organisation who are based in Leeds city who are FCA regulated.Job DescriptionThe HR Business Partner will support the Corporate Services Director in leading a team, whilst providing an exceptional HR service across the organisation.Reporting to the Corporate Services Director this role will:Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring they comply with all relevant FCA regulations and industry compliance.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations and ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are continuously updated to meet evolving regulatory requirements.Work with the Corporate Services Director to benchmark competitor reward and remuneration practices, to inform the development of competitive and role aligned pay and reward packages for Board, Executive and staff.Develop and implement effective change management solutions to ensure the successful implementation of the organisational design, managing the implementation of any structural changes and ensure the organisation evolves in line with the strategy.Management of HR projects from the scoping, designing stage through to implementation in line with agreed costs and forecasted ROI.
